The intent of the Scholarship is to assist prospective high school graduates who are furthering their education in an accredited college and/or university.
Scholarship money shall be awarded from the annual budget allocations as well as through individual donations.
The applicant must be a member of St. Paul Baptist Church for at least 3 years or more.
The applicant must have a minimum GPA of 2.0 and a maximum GPA of 2.8 on a 4.0 scale or its equivalent in a different grading system.
The scholarship will be paid directly to the institution of higher education using the student ID number.
One (1) Gwen Williamson Scholarship Winner $2500.00

The intent of the Scholarship is to assist prospective male high school graduates who are furthering their education in an accredited college and/or trade school.
Scholarship money shall be awarded from the annual budget allocations as well as through individual donations.
The applicant must be a member of St. Paul Baptist Church for at least 3 years or more.
The applicant must have a minimum GPA of 2.0 and a maximum GPA of 2.8 on a 4.0 scale or its equivalent in a different grading system.
The St. Paul Baptist Church Men Of Valor may award as many Scholarships as deemed appropriate in a church budget year and as funds permit.
Two (2) Deacon Family Ministry Application Scholarship Winners $1000.00 Each
The intent of the DFM Scholarship is to assist students in either their 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Undergraduate years, Graduate Programs - leading to either a Master's or Doctoral degree, or in Professional Schools (Nursing, Medicine, Dentistry, etc.) from an accredited post-secondary institution.
The applicant must be an active member of St. Paul Baptist Church for a minimum of 3 years or more.
The applicant must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale or its equivalent in a different grading system.
The Deacons’ Family Ministry Scholarship Committee may award a minimum of two scholarships, as deemed appropriate in an academic year and as available funds permit.
The award process requires the submission of both of the following items: (a) A fullycompleted DFM Scholarship Application with a current college transcript. (b)Proof of current enrollment in either an accredited college program or in a course of study at an accredited U.S. institution of post-secondary education.
Themed essay with a minimum of 300 words, not to exceed 500 words.
Submission of 1 copy of a headshot photo.
Submission of two (2) letters of recommendation. (Cannot be from a family member or friend.)
The Deacon’s Family Ministry Scholarship Application will be reviewed upon established criteria by members of the Deacons’ Family Ministry Scholarship Committee.
The scholarship will be paid directly to the recipient for tuition, books, room/board, student loans, and/or scholastic/academic travel.
